Course Structure |
The Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Management covers a wide range of subjects that will help you to develop an understanding of the major areas of business life. You will also have the opportunity to explore different specialized areas to have specialized knowledge and understanding of Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and Hospitality & Tourism Management. This programme is delivered via the Blended Learning approach wherein there is a blend and integration of both direct face to face classes as well as online learning via the specially designed WEC Learning Portal. The face to face teaching will take place at the University of Derby approved WEC Learning Centres with on-line support from Module Leaders approved by the University of Derby - UK. This programme is a final year top up equivalent to the Level 6 of the University of Derby Honours qualification framework and contains four pathways namely a General Management pathway, and three specialist pathways in Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism Management, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management. The programme contains 4 (FOUR) core modules of 15 credits, 2 (TWO) elective modules of 15 credits each, and a Independent Study contributing the remaining 30 credits.
